"Decent site, just a little clunky"
I used zlinekitchen.com and it was fine overall, nothing terrible. I did find the products I was looking for, but some pages felt slow and the filters could definitely be better. every appliance site seems to have this same issue where you’re clicking around more than you should. Checkout was easy once I finally got there, so that part was nice. Not a bad experience, just could be smoother

"Cleaning this thing is such a hassle"
I’m getting tired of dealing with this. It’s way harder to clean than it should be, and somehow new stains seem to show up every single day. I feel like I’m constantly wiping it down and it still never looks clean.

"Fit perfectly and the finish looks really nice overall"
I ordered this from zlinekitchen.com, and the fit ended up being pretty much exactly what I needed for my space. I was a little worried before it arrived because measurements can be one of those things where even a tiny difference makes installation annoying, but this lined up really well and didn’t give me any major issues. The finish is also nice overall and looks good once everything is in place. I did notice a couple of very small spots when I was looking at it really closely, but they’re not something you’d probably see unless you were specifically inspecting it up close like I was. So for me, it’s not a big deal at all. Overall I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars

I reached out for warranty support and I’m still waiting to get any real help. Maybe they’re backed up or just not prioritizing warranty claims, I don’t know, but it’s been way longer than I expected.

"I bought a ZLINE range thinking, okay..."
I bought a ZLINE range thinking, okay, if anything ever goes wrong, I’ll just order the part and move on, because that’s how appliances are supposed to work, right? But then a part actually went bad and suddenly it was this whole thing. The part was out of stock, support couldn’t give me a real timeline, and every time I checked back it was basically the same non-answer. It’s just frustrating because the range itself isn’t some small throwaway item, and you kind of expect basic replacement parts to be available. Hard to feel good about owning it when one bad part can leave you stuck with no clear fix in sight.

"Pretty reliable so far, no major complaints"
I ordered a range hood from ZLINE and it showed up right when they said it would. I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s been working really well. I did have to check the tracking a couple times, but overall it’s been dependable and I’m happy with it.

I figured the fan would make some noise, but it’s probably louder than I expected. After a little while, it gets kind of annoying, especially if you’re sitting nearby.

"Install was way easier than I thought"
Put up my range hood this weekend it went better than I expected. Everything lined up fine, which was a relief. The instructions were clear too, and I only had to grab my brother to help lift it into place. Anyway, it looks really good now, and so far there haven’t been any weird noises or issues.

We’ve had our ZLINE range for about a year now, it’s been holding up well. It still feels solid, and the knobs and doors don’t feel loose or worn out. One of the burner caps has discolored a little, but other than that, it’s been durable so far.

"Disappointed because I usually really like ZLINE"
I’ve been a fan of ZLINE and was excited about this order, which is why this was such a letdown. The box from zlinekitchen.com showed up beat up and looked like it was barely taped together. The corners didn’t have much protection at all, and one of the pieces was already scratched before I even got it inside. For something this expensive, I expected the packaging to be way better. I still like the brand, so I’m conflicted, but now I’m stuck dealing with returns and back-and-forth emails, and it’s just frustrating.

"Looked nicer online than it does in person"
I’ll be honest, I expected this to look a lot better based on the photos online. Once I got it home, it looked okay, but the material and finish felt kind of cheap. It’s disappointing, and I feel like an apology would be fair because the pictures made it seem nicer than what actually arrived.

"Looks great, but it’s been a frustrating ride"
When we bought our ZLINE range and hood last year, I was excited. The kitchen instantly looked more polished, and for a little while I felt like we’d made a great upgrade. Then I started actually baking with it, and that’s where the frustration began. One night I pulled out a tray expecting evenly baked food, but one side was nearly burnt while the other still looked pale, and that’s kind of been the pattern ever since.
The burners have been okay when they cooperate, but sometimes the ignition just clicks and clicks like it’s trying to test my patience. It’s not every single time, but enough that I notice it. The hood also looks nice, but it’s louder than I expected, even on the lower setting, so cooking dinner can feel a little less relaxing than it should.

I did reach out to customer service, and to be fair, they responded, but it took longer than I hoped. At this point, I just feel like I paid a premium for appliances I have to constantly keep an eye on. They’re not terrible, and they do look good, but I expected a smoother experience for the price.
